Did you know? Seattle has been home to rugged outerwear brand Filson for over 100 years - 119 years, to be exact!
I honestly can’t say enough about Filson’s dedication to quality materials and craftsmanship. I had the honor of going behind the scenes to tour their marketing and design departments as well as where some of the goods are made and assembled last year, just before their new flagship store opened on 1st Ave. in SoDo.
Filson kindly gifted my fiancé and I a few things for our London & Iceland trip in October. From the depths of Heathrow Airport to the extreme weather conditions in the South Coast of Iceland, Filson kept us outfitted well. Take a look:
From top down: Filson women's lightweight Alaskan guide shirt // 72" x 12" scarf (on sale!) // Men's Mackinaw Jac shirt (sold out - similar options here) // Medium duffle // Grab 'n' Go Tote - Large (on sale!)
If you are looking for some solid gear that will last you a lifetime, look no further than Seattle's own Filson!
