What a heavy start to the week, no? I am still trying to process my thoughts and emotions around this weekend's tragedy in Orlando, and figuring out what my next steps of action will be to help turn things around.

Together with the Department of State, the Department of Labor, the Aspen Institute and Civic Nation, this is a first-time large-scale effort to rally gender equality advocates to mark the progress made by and for women and girls domestically and internationally over the course of this Administration and to discuss solutions to the challenges we still face. In other words:
Judging by all the dickbags in the comments and likely behind the unusually high number of thumbs down in this video, it's clear we still have a long way to go for gender equality.
