Three all-stars will share their success stories in a panel on making it in the culinary scene:

· Kurt Dammeier (Beecher's Cheese, Maximus Minimus, Pasta & Co, Bennett's Pure Food Bistro and a cookbook, "Pure Flavor".
· Tamara Murphy (Brasa and Burning Beast)
