In this workshop, you'll be guided thru meditations and visualizations while resting your body truly & deeply in restorative yoga poses.
The poses are thoughtfully designed with rejuvenation & joy in mind. Bolsters, blankets & pillows support you in the poses throughout your practice. Workshop concludes with tea & cookies (!)
